Your contract is directly with Conyplex BV and denominated in Euros. Schedule: 10% with order, 20% at start of moulding, 30% at start of joinery, 20% at start of assembly, balance prior to delivery.

A bank guarantee is available. This costs 1% per annum and is pro rated for the amounts being guaranteed and the period outstanding. There is also a bank arrangement fee.
